400pt Characters

We won’t use any rules with this icon
Defense max of 30 resistant to start
A 15PD Resistant character with 50% Damage Reduction PD or 7 damage class Damage Negation would be the same thing. The character at most should be able to shrug off 30 stun/body.
Max damage class to start should be 15. (15d6, 5d6killing)
A weapons master perk, martial arts, any buff and the wicked two handed sword should give you about 5d6killling max to start.
Nothing with the word Dimensional
If you want a magic origin character you have to come up with the entire magical system
If you are going to use Armor Piercing only buy one level. The same applies to hardened defenses
No FTL travel
No followers \ No duplicates
Burt anything that is not a problem for your character will not be counted as a complication.

If your from outside the wall someone owes you a favor and you have the survival skill.
If your from inside the wall you are streetwise and you have a citizen perk.
